Private patio with furniture for relaxing and watching the fireworks after a Padres win.

Open floor concept. Master bedroom is considered a studio loft, while the 2nd bedroom is off the hallway with a closed door. Master bath is off the studio, and 2nd bath is off the hallway.

Seating for 4 at the dining room table, along with 4 adjustable bar stools along the kitchen island.

Floor to ceiling windows with motorized blinds.

Lightning fast WiFi for video calls, or super serious streamers during Twitch and ComicCon.

Sofa converts into full size bed.  Full size air mattress is also available in unit.  Pack & Play is also available.

Plenty of closet space for extended stays (hangers included), and washer/dryer combo (detergent/dryer sheets included) allows for light packing for your business trip/SoCal vacation.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including private patio overlooking the East Village.

Free garage parking (one spot) is available per stay - must request during booking. Over a $50 per night value! Area is also walkable, ride share access, or scooter friendly.

Additional keys may be available upon request at time of booking and, at least, one week prior to check-in.
